We're looking forward to a very busy July and August with performances almost every Saturday. We're playing at Gants Mill in Bruton next week, always amazing to see their incredible flower garden. Quick plug for our friends up the road at Common Farm Flowers who grow and cut native British flowers: eco-friendly, seasonal and gorgeous.

Happy New Year to all. It's been a long time since I posted, no excuses, I've just been busy and finding it hard to find time to sit at the computer. One of the highlights of the festive season was a wonderful concert with Oakfield Choir at Christchurch in Frome, our quartet joined forces with the Stringbeans and a few friends to make a small chamber orchestra conducted by Paul Dowbekin, the very Christmassy programme included Gerald Finzi's In Terra Pax which I hadn't heard before and really enjoyed. Looking forward to some great music-making in
We're delighted to be performing this Saturday at St Vigor's Church at Stratton-on-the-Fosse. The concert starts at 7.30pm and is part of St Vigor's Flower Festival. We've been asked to add a few new pieces to our Repertoire List. Here's advance notice that in the next couple of months we'll have these pretty exciting tunes available:
Happy New Year to all our friends and supporters. We had a fantastic 2010 and already have plenty of dates in the diary for 2011, hopefully including a series of concerts in the summer. Come and see us tomorrow and Sunday at the Spread Eagle Inn Wedding Fair at Stourhead (29th & 30th January). It's a great event in a wonderful setting.
